Recent changes to the legislation that governs superannuation funds, and in particular Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs), now makes it possible to use these funds to borrow to invest.

The strategy is to use your superannuation funds to provide equity towards the purchase of a rural, Commercial or residential property and then borrow the balance required (subject to our acceptance criteria).
