The members of the Rabobank Group do not collect any personal
information about you when you use this website (other than
when you use Rabobank Internet Banking) unless you make an
enquiry of us. If you make an enquiry of us, we generally
collect your name, contact details (including e-mail) and
any other information you include in your enquiry.
For statistical purposes we collect information on website
activity (such as the number of users who visit the web site,
the date and time of visits, the number of pages viewed and
navigation patterns). This information does not identify an
individual but it does provide the members of the Rabobank
Group with statistics that we can use to analyse and improve
our website.
The Internet Banking and @Rabobank sections of this website
use "per session" cookies which time the period
you are in those sections. The cookies do not collect any
personal information and are removed once you exit those sections.
Via Other Means eg application forms
The kinds of personal information collected via means other
than the website include contact details and, depending upon
the product or service requested, financial and transaction
details. In most cases, no sensitive information is collected.
