Our independent facilitators run family meetings where everyone has the opportunity to be heard, where goals and needs are discussed, prioritised and negotiated. A facilitator ensures the tough questions are asked and keeps discussions on track. Sometimes the first meeting is all that’s needed to agree on future plans, or your family may like to build on ideas with more meetings over time.

Rosemary has 25 years’ experience in working with farming families to achieve successful business, family and personal outcomes.

Prior to joining Rabobank, Rosemary worked with farming and pastoral families across Australia as a business management consultant. Growing up on a grazing property and having worked with farming families in a professional capacity, she has a thorough understanding of family businesses and the elements necessary to ensure their success.

Rosemary holds a degree in Agricultural Science, a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), and a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and Commercial Mediation qualifications.

Based in Orange, Kim has over 30 years’ experience in the agriculture sector, helping farming families to achieve their family business goals. Through a genuine understanding of the inter-relationships between on-farm and off-farm family members, she has delivered successful outcomes for many families.

Prior to joining Rabobank, she lectured in business and management at the University of Sydney. She lives on a mixed farming business in the central west of NSW with her husband and son and his partner.

Kim holds a degree in Agricultural Science and a Masters in Economics. She is also a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has Commercial Mediation qualifications.

Gavin has over 30 years’ experience working with food and agricultural businesses across Australia and globally. Through his work, he has found a real passion for supporting farming families achieve their goals.

Having deep connections to his own family’s farming business in the central west of NSW and through his professional experience, he has a thorough understanding of family businesses.

Gavin holds an Honours degree in Agricultural Economics and an Associate Diploma in Farm Management. He is a CPA-level qualifi ed Accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Gavin is also a graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program.

Christine has 15 years’ experience helping farmers and agribusinesses grow and sustain their businesses. Having worked in Australia and abroad, she has gained expertise across a broad range of agricultural industries along with a good understanding of farming businesses.

Having grown up in rural areas in South Africa and hailing from a farming family, Christine has a real affinity for agriculture. She enjoys working with and supporting farming families and businesses to achieve outcomes that help ensure a sustainable future for agriculture.

Christine holds graduate and post-graduate degrees in Agricultural Economics and a Masters in Agricultural and Applied Economics.
