The average pastoral lease in the NT is 2500 square kilometres and carries around 8000 head of cattle. This will be seven days of discovery and learning with the opportunity to leverage off Rabobank’ s NT beef network.
Kicking off in Darwin, we will head south on the Stuart Highway on a 1600 kilometre, 7 day trek to Alice Springs visiting some of the Northern Beef Industry’s iconic stations.
Finishing in Alice Springs, there is the opportunity to stay on for the annual Northern Territory Cattleman’s Association Conference which attracts a large contingent of beef producers from across Australia: https://www.ntca.org.au/conferences

Please note: Return flights and transfers into Darwin and out of Alice Springs are not included in the tour fee. The itinerary may be subject to change. For example, if anything happens outside of our control. If such a change cannot be avoided, we will organise an alternative arrangement and notify you as soon as possible.

The tour will proceed with minimum numbers (as decided by Rabobank). In the event that the required numbers are not reached Rabobank reserves the right to postpone or cancel. In addition adverse dry or wet conditions may mean Rabobank reserves the right to postpone or cancel.
