Applications now open for the Rabobank Land Stewardship Award
Open to Rabobank clients across Australia, the Rabobank Land Stewardship Award is an opportunity to share how you manage your land in a way that supports both your business and the environment.
To apply, we want to hear your story.
What drives you? What changes have you made? What are you learning along the way? We’re interested in the thinking behind your decisions and the impact you’re making on-farm and beyond. For example, you may be adopting practices to improve soil health, enhance biodiversity, increase input use efficiency, conserve water – or addressing other priorities to help your farm adapt and thrive.
Two winners will be selected, each receiving:
- A fully sponsored place on Rabobank’s Executive Development Program (EDP), valued at $15,000.
This is a two-week residential program to help sharpen your business management skills and elevate your farm business. It will take place on the following dates:
- Module 1: Sydney, 23-28 August 2026
- Module 2: Sydney, 18-23 July 2027 (includes optional partner program – see below).
- A speaker slot at the EDP to share your stewardship story.
- A place for your spouse on the EDP partner program, valued at $1,500.
As part of the selection process, a shortlist of up to five entrants will be selected. Each shortlisted entrant will be invited to take part in a professionally produced video filmed on their farm to showcase their practices. These videos will contribute to the final stage of the selection process and be made available to the respective shortlisted entrant for their use.
