2025 Farm to Fork Tasmanian Experience Competition Rabobank Deposit customers (“The Competition”)
Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to enter and Prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- This Competition is being promoted and run by Rabobank Australia Limited with its registered address at Level 16, Darling Park Tower 3, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000, ABN 50 001 621 129 (“Rabobank”).
- The Competition commences at 17:00 on 29 July 2025 and closes at 17:00 on 8 September 2025 (“Competition Period”). All times are dates are AEST. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock.
- Entry into the Competition is open during the Competition Period for persons (“Entrants”) who satisfy the following requirements:
a. is at least 18 years of age at the commencement of the Competition Period;
b. is an Australian resident;
c. is not an employee or director of Rabobank or its related entities, or part of the immediate family of an employee or director of Rabobank or its related entities;
d. is not an employee or director or member of Rabobank’s Rabo Community Fund or Rabo Client Councils, or part of the immediate family of an employee or director of Rabobank’s Rabo Community Fund or Rabo Client Councils;
e. is an account owner of an active Eligible Account (defined below) in good standing and with a balance at least $1,000 AUD at the conclusion of the Competition Period. Only funds that have been successfully processed and cleared into the Eligible Account by the end of the Competition Period will count towards the minimum balance requirement. Processing times may vary. Entrants should refer to the relevant product(s) terms and conditions and Rabobank’s website for more information. Standard account opening and eligibility criteria apply.
For the purposes of this Competition, an Eligible Account is defined as any of the following Rabobank Deposit Account(s):
a. High Interest Savings Account;
b. PremiumSaver Account;
c. Notice Saver Account;
d. Farm Management Deposit Account;
e. Cash Management Account;
f. Call Deposit Account;
g. Term Deposit Account; and
h. PurposeSaver Account.
The date that the Eligible Account was opened is irrelevant for the purposes of this Competition, meaning that account owners of Eligible Accounts opened before or during the Competition Period may be eligible to enter, subject to the above criteria.
- To enter the Competition, Entrants must complete the entry form and submit a response to the following question:
In 100 words or less tell us What inspired you to become a Rabobank saver and what does saving with a bank that supports Australian farmers mean to you?
Entries must be submitted at www.rabobank.com.au/competition/win-a-farm-to-fork-experience during the Competition Period.
- In submitting their entry, each Entrant warrants and confirms that their entry:
a. is entirely their own work and has not been created with the assistance of any artificial intelligence (such as ChatGPT);
b. is original and has not been entered in any other competition of any type; and
c. does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party or person.
- Each Entrant may enter the Competition only once, regardless of how many Eligible Accounts are held by the Entrant. In the case of jointly held Eligible Accounts, each Eligible Account holder may submit a separate entry, subject to clause 4 above. Any Entrant who enters the Competition multiple times or provides false or misleading information will be disqualified, and their entry and any Prize awarded will be void.
- Entries will be judged on the basis of originality and creativity. Rabobank’s decision regarding the Competition outcome is final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the outcome.
- On 11 September 2025, the Winner will be notified of the outcome of the Competition via their preferred contact method as nominated on their entry (either email or phone). The Winner’s name may also be published on Rabobank’s website and social media accounts in the week commencing 15 September 2025. By submitting their entry, the Winner agrees to such publication without further notice. If the Winner wishes to withdraw their consent, they may do so by contacting Rabobank.
- If the Winner cannot be contacted within one (1) week, or is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize on these Terms and Conditions, the Prize will then be awarded to the Entrant who was judged to have the next best entry. This will continue until a Winner is successfully contacted and accepts the Prize. If no eligible Winner can be contacted or accepts the Prize after reasonable attempts, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and will not be awarded to any Entrant.
- The Competition winner (“Winner”) and three (3) companions (chosen by the Winner and who must also satisfy the eligibility requirements of clause 4(a) - (d) above inclusive) (collectively, the “Participants”) will receive (together, the “Prize”):
a. return economy class flights from the Winner’s nearest capital city to Launceston, Tasmania;
b. rental car for three (3) days;
c. accommodation at Chatsworth House Farm Stay in Longford, Tasmania;
d. two (2) breakfasts, two (2) lunches and two (2) dinners. Additional meals may be provided at Rabobank’s sole and absolute discretion;
e. cheesemaking tour at Ashgrove Cheese in Elizabeth Town, Tasmania;
f. visit to a local dairy (selected at Rabobank’s sole and absolute discretion);
g. farm visit to local horticultural producer (selected at Rabobank’s sole and absolute discretion);
h. cellar door visit to Holm Oak Vineyards in Rowella, Tasmania; and
i. a catered dinner at Chatsworth House Farm Stay featuring local produce.
The total value of the Prize is up to approx. $10,000 AUD. The Prize cannot be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. Additional events or experiences may be added to the Prize at Rabobank’s sole and absolute discretion.
- The specific activities included in any tours, visits, or experiences forming part of the Prize are subject to change due to operational requirements, availability and work health and safety considerations. While indicative activities are outlined in clause 11 above and will be discussed further with the Winner, Rabobank makes no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the precise nature, timing or availability of any activity.
Rabobank reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, substitute or cancel any aspect of the Prize, including but not limited to the participating farm(s), locations or experiences at any time and without prior notice. Where practicable, Rabobank will endeavour to provide a substitute of comparable geographic proximity and operational nature (e.g. another farm stay in a nearby location or another farm of a similar operational nature).
- Prize redemption must occur between 15 October 2025 and 17 October 2025. Failure to redeem in this period will result in forfeiture of the Prize. Any additional travel or accommodation beyond what is expressly included in the Prize may be arranged by the Participant(s) at their own discretion and expense. Such arrangements must occur on dates adjacent to any Prize-related travel or experiences and must not result in any delay or change to any Prize components or any additional cost or liability to Rabobank or any third party involved in providing any component of the Prize. Rabobank and third parties associated with providing the Prize will not be responsible for any costs, changes or issues arising from these additional personal arrangements.
- If for any reason whatsoever, beyond the reasonable control of Rabobank, the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, including due to tampering , unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of Rabobank which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, Rabobank reserves the right, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate this Competition or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
- All Participants must comply with any instructions, safety requirements and eligibility conditions imposed by Rabobank or any third-party providers. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that:
a. participation in any activity forming part of the Prize is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk;
b. Rabobank will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law;
c. Rabobank will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Competition if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Rabobank;
d. Rabobank will not be liable for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from any change, cancellation or substitution of the Prize or any activity forming part of the Prize; and
e. the Winner is responsible for ensuring that their guests are aware of and agree to these Terms and Conditions
- Rabobank highly recommends that all Participants organise travel insurance in case of cancellation, medical problems or other delays or issues that may occur before or during travel.
- Rabobank will use the personal data disclosed in entries for the purposes of running this Competition, announcing the Winner, facilitating the Prize and to follow up and assess any feedback about the Competition or Rabobank that an Entrant has indicated they are happy to share. Rabobank may also disclose personal data to related companies of Rabobank, its Rabobank Community Funds and Rabo Client Councils for the same purposes. Personal data will only be used in accordance with the Rabobank Privacy Policy which can be found at www.rabobank.com.au/privacy which includes information about individual rights such as access to and/or correction of the personal data which we hold, and how an individual may make a privacy related complaint. Rabobank may be contacted by telephone on 1800 025 484 if an Entrant has questions about Rabobank’s use of personal data.
