As well as the new look and easier navigation, some new features have been included in the mobile app, that were previously only available on the website, including:

  • Fixed rate bookings. Additionally, you can now see the all up rate, which includes a breakdown of the base rate and the margin.
  • One off payments to payees not in your list (RSA token needed).

How do I access the new Internet banking page?

Share

The process for internet banking remains the same via Rabobank.com.au.

Simply choose Farm Business from the drop down Internet Banking link at the top right hand side of the screen, and log in as normal.

Make sure you delete any existing bookmarks – the old log on page no longer works.

How do I download the new app?

Share

You will need to delete your current 'Rabobank Australia' app and install the new 'Rabobank AU' app.

- Search the App Store or Google Play for 'Rabobank AU'.

- Instructions for how to do this can be found here.

The first time you use the app, you will need to authenticate using your RSA token and set up your pin number. After that you can access your mobile app as usual.
