Rabobank Australia confirms that it will not enforce the confidentiality obligations owed to it by customers and employees, current and former, for the purposes of them making a submission to the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
Persons proposing to name other individuals or organisations in a submission to the Royal Commission may need to consider obtaining their consent to be named.
