Disability

Sometimes a condition can affect your mobility, capability or dexterity limiting your ability to maintain, or regain, control of your finances. This includes:

  • injuries resulting in short/long term memory loss.
  • hearing or vision impairment.
  • assistance walking or wheelchair bound, that could prevent you from accessing a branch, product and/or services; or fully understanding our products and services.

We recognise that someone living with a disability is diverse, and everyone has unique experiences. We understand that someone living with a disability are the experts on their individual experiences, but are not defined by their disability. We want to work with you to improve access to our products and services if you are living with a disability.

If you tell us you identify with any form of disability, we will work with you to find suitable ways for you to access and undertake your banking with the importance of freedom and dignity, regardless of the presence of impairments.
